He also achieved 25th place in the 2021 COE.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eHe produces these lots from a coffee estate of only 3 hectares, a little larger than a small farmer's estate, and Keramo is at a very high altitude and requires a longer ripening period than coffee cherries from other Ethiopian regions, which creates a more complex flavour profile.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe coffee is bursting with sweet fruitiness with round, bright acidity, such as strawberry, white grape, lychee, apricot and peach.
